CAGING:
Anyone bringing poultry to the fair (4-H or FFA) needs to contact one of the superintendents by JULY 19 for CAGING ASSIGNMENTS.
ANIMAL ARRIVAL:
Poultry are allowed onto the fairgrounds beginning on WEDNESDAY.

OPEN CLASS & FFA poultry must be in place by 7:00 AM THURSDAY

4-H Poultry must be in place by 5:00 PM WEDNESDAY

All poultry are RELEASED no sooner than 6:00 PM on SUNDAY.
ANIMAL HEALTH AND IDENTIFICATION
NO ANIMAL may enter the fairgrounds showing clinical signs of any infectious,
contagious, or communicable DISEASE.
​
Any animal WITHOUT PROPER IDENTIFICATION, or showing SIGNS OF DISEASE,
will be required to LEAVE THE FAIRGROUNDS IMMEDIATELY.
IDENTIFICATION:
Upon arrival, exhibitors must provide the following written information:
1) EXHIBITOR INFO: name, address, phone number

2) OFFICIAL ANIMAL ID INFO: 2026 livestock ID requirements
