BUILDING FOR THE FUTURE

ANIMALS INC FFA CHILDREN'S BARNYARD

The main purpose of the new FFA building at the Meeker County Fairgrounds will be to help showcase the agricultural education programs and FFA chapters in the area.

BUILDING FEATURES:

  • New FFA Children's Barnyard                                 (Sponsored by Animals Inc)

  • Expanded space for FFA non-livestock exhibits (Sponsored by Meeker County Corn Growers)

  • Enlarged Fair Office and Conference Room

  • New restrooms

  • Enhanced livestock wash rack

  • Additional space for overflow livestock

The FFA chapters in our area are strong and involved in our communities. The Fair is a great place for us, as chapters, to come together as agricultural advocates.

The fair is also an excellent opportunity for students to display their projects and receive accolades for their hard work throughout the year. This new building will only help enhance the experience for our students and the fair attendants.

FFA members from all Meeker County chapters (ACGC, Dassel-Cokato, Eden Valley-Watkins, Kimball and Litchfield) stand in front off the new building with members of the Meeker County Fair Board and major building sponsors: Animals Inc, Meeker County Commissioners, and Meeker County Corn Growers.
