STALLING:
4-H HORSES WILL BE HOUSED AT THE FAIR




ANIMAL ARRIVAL:
Horses are allowed onto the fairgrounds beginning on
WEDNESDAY.

  • 4-H Horses must be in place by 7:00 AM THURSDAY

 

  • All Horses are RELEASED no sooner than 6:30 PM on SUNDAY.

ANIMAL HEALTH AND IDENTIFICATION

NO ANIMAL may enter the fairgrounds showing clinical signs of any infectious,

contagious, or communicable DISEASE.

Any animal WITHOUT PROPER IDENTIFICATION, or showing SIGNS OF DISEASE,

will be required to LEAVE THE FAIRGROUNDS IMMEDIATELY.

HEALTH:

All Horses entering the fair grounds, except suckling foals accompanying a negative dam, must provide documentation of a negative equine infectious anemia (Coggins) test conducted within 12 months prior to the arrival date at the fair.

 

 

IDENTIFICATION:

Upon arrival, exhibitors must provide the following written information:

 

1) EXHIBITOR INFO: name, address, phone number

2) PAPERWORK: Copy of negative Coggins Test

TRAILERS

All livestock trailers must enter the

fairgrounds through the North Gate.

When leaving the fairgrounds, trailers can exit through the South Gate (near the carnival) or the Northwest Gate (between the 4-H and goat buildings).

 

**Trailers can be parked in the field across from the west gates during the fair.
